Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £42k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy who specialises in providing high quality asbestos management services. They are now looking to take on a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the Yorkshire Region. You will be working on predominantly Commercial sites, working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines to carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys as well as smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing. Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification is essential to the role.
” Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company carrying out surveying and analytical duties.
” Will have excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Familiar with TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Excellent organisational skills.
” Able to communicate efficiently.
The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Sampling of ACMs.
” Ensuring to bag and label ACM samples correctly and safely prior to sending to the lab for analysis.
” Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal ait testing.
” Attending site to carry out onsite audits.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
