Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary/Benefits: £26k – £43k + Training & Benefits

A respected UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is recruiting for experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the South East of England. They are ideally seeking someone who is dual-qualified and holds experience of carrying out full surveying and air monitoring duties, however, they are able to offer training for candidates who hold either surveying or analytical experience. Our client is renowned for their positive ethos and high service standards, therefore, they are seeking an individual who can reflect these values. Experience / Qualifications:
– Will have experience as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (or Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Analyst)
– Must hold industry-related qualifications (BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or RSPH equivalents)
– Good understanding of compliance guidelines (UKAS, HSG 264 and HSG 248)
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Proven literacy and numeracy skills
– Comfortable using IT software

The Role:
– Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
– Completing ad-hoc re-inspection surveys
– 4 stage clearances
– Performing the full range of air monitoring (background, reassurance, leak, smoke and personal)
– Collecting asbestos samples from site and bagging correctly
– Producing site-specific technical reports and floorplans
– Meeting with clients to discuss findings and provide technical advice
– Adhering to industry safety and compliance guidelines
– Liaising with removals teams and managers on site
