Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £27k – £43k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company growth, our client is seeking either an Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team. For those who hold only surveying experience, they are able to offer training into the analytical and associated modules. It is essential that you hold experience working across a mixed portfolio of premises, including: commercial, local authority and domestic premises. Our client is a well-known name within the industry, who holds UKAS accreditation and a busy client base. Experience / Qualifications:
– Strong track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
– Will hold associated modules (BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalents)
– Good working knowledge of UKAS, HSG 248 and HSG 264 guidelines
– Confident in producing detailed technical reports
– Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
– Professional manner

The Role:
– Conducting management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection asbestos surveys
– Safely collecting ACM samples from site
– 4 stage clearances
– Performing personal, background, leak, smoke and reassurance air testing
– Fibre counting
– Calibrating analysis equipment
– Producing thorough technical reports and schematic drawings
– Inspecting asbestos removals projects to ensure compliance guidelines are adhered to
– Providing technical advice and updates to clients
