Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Reading, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a trusted Asbestos Consultancy / Training provider with a strong presence in the South East of England. They are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The successful candidate will have experience working on predominantly Commercial and Industrial site bases carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties alongside an established team of surveyors / analysts. Our client can offer further training, excellent company pension scheme, holiday allowance and competitive basic salary.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Newbury, Windsor, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Basingstoke, Alton, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere, Epsom, High Wycombe, Oxford, Witney, Bicester, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, St Albans, Hertford, Cheshunt, Stevenage.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH qualifications.
” Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
” Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Fully conversant in HSG guidelines.
” Will have an excellent and professional attitude.

The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of works.
” Carrying out onsite audits in line with client needs.
” Routinely liaising with clients, providing excellent support and consultancy advice.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
” Carrying out wok in line with HSG guidelines.
