Job Title: Junior Water Hygiene / Treatment Account Manager
Location: Enfield, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £30k – £40k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company success, our client is recruiting for a hands-on Water Treatment Account Manager to join their team. Ideally, they are seeking someone in the South East of England, with good access to the M25. This role would be suited to someone who has strong interpersonal skills and robust industry technical knowledge, who can utilise their experience to upsell services and provide tailored support to clients. We can also consider candidates who would like to train into Account Management, provided you have strong industry experience. Experience / Qualifications:
– Ideally will have experience managing key Water Hygiene / Treatment client accounts
– Strong hands-on industry experience as a Water Hygiene / Treatment Industry
– Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
– Flexible to travel as per company requirements
– Ideally will hold industry-related training / modules
– Excellent communicator
– Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:
– Managing key client accounts across Water Hygiene and Water Treatment, including: closed systems and cooling towers
– Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and technical advice
– Overseeing the general delivery of services, ensuring they run to deadlines and scope
– Completing competency checks on engineers
– Attending site meetings to establish client requirements
– Liaising with the bidding team to help with on-boarding new client accounts
– Handling any complaints / site issues in a timely and professional manner
– Upselling of further services to existing client accounts
– Providing support to engineers and troubleshooting issues on site
