Job Description
This well-established water treatment company is currently undergoing rapid expansion and due to the increase in workload they are now looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Legionella Risk Assessor/Consultant based in the Manchester area to work for them on a wide range of contracts. The successful candidate will have experience undertaking technical legionella risk assessments and liaising directly with clients regarding results. Applications from Bolton, Warrington, Stockport, Rochdale and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.
Qualifications & experience:
Will possess City & Guilds/WMS, Legionella Control Association certificates.
Strong working knowledge of domestic, commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations.
Extensive experience of carrying out risk assessments in line with ACOP – L8.
Competent with Microsoft office package.
Good communication and written skills.
Role:
Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments.
Providing consultancy advice.
Producing schematic drawings, comprehensive reports and final documents for clients.
Submitting recommendations, quotations for remedial works and carrying out such works.
Attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports.
Undertake regular inspections for clients.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
Planning and organising own workload.
